Will soft washing damage my siding or paint?
No. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution instead of a high-pressure blast, so it removes algae, mildew and dirt without damaging paint, stucco, screens or window seals.
Is soft washing safe for stucco?
Yes. Stucco is one of the best surfaces for soft washing. High pressure can chip or etch stucco, while a soft wash cleans deep into the texture safely.
What's included in a house wash?
Every house wash includes the siding or walls on all sides, the soffits and fascia, the outside of the gutters and your porch and entry ceilings, plus pre-soaking and rinsing your plants.
Will it remove the black streaks on my gutters?
A house wash cleans dirt and growth off the outside of your gutters. The dark vertical "tiger stripes" baked into some gutters need hand scrubbing, so they're handled with gutter brightening instead. Ask about it when you get your quote.
How often should I wash my house in Florida?
Most Central Florida homes look best with a house wash about once a year. Shaded homes near trees, lakes or wooded lots may need it more often.
Will it hurt my plants or pets?
We pre-soak and rinse your plants and landscaping before and after cleaning to protect them. Keep pets inside while we work, and they can go back out once everything is rinsed and dry.
Do I need to be home for my house wash?
No. As long as we can reach an outdoor water spigot, we can wash your house while you're at work or out for the day. I'll text you when it's done.
